Rather than an automated marketplace, we take the time to get to know each family and caregiver personally, creating thoughtful matches based on your family’s unique needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
Our goal is to make finding the right childcare feel simple, personal, and stress-free.
Our Process
Phase 1
Family Consultation: After filing out our inquiry form, we will contact you to schedule a 15-30 minute discovery zoom call to understand your family's unique needs, routines, and preferences.
Phase 2
Thoughtful Caregiver Matching: We select 2-3 of our thoroughly screened sitters that we believe will be a great match for your family.
Phase 3
Thoughtful Introduction: We facilitate an introduction between family and the 2-3 selected caregivers who are then interviewed by your family to ensure the perfect match for your family.
Phase 4
Ongoing Support: We check in regularly to ensure the placement continues to meet your family's expectations.
